KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze and monitor module wise carder requirements against the budgeted requirement, whilst taking necessary action to fulfill same in an effective and timely manner thereby facilitating a smooth operations process
- Updating Relevant ER reports, Books, Charts and SAP regarding Labor Turnover and Absenteeism and storing them and sending them to relevant parties by daily/weekly/Monthly or based on request of HODs.
- Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Degree/ Diploma business management (HRM Advantageous)
- Good communication skills
- Interpersonal Skills IT Literacy
