The Team:
The Database Marketing team drives success by creating state-of-the-art email experiences. We use data-driven segmentation to deliver the right content at each lifecycle stage, accelerating pipeline and fostering engagement. Through continuous testing and optimization, we ensure our email strategies are always at the forefront of innovation. As part of the team, you’ll be reporting to the Head of the Database Marketing team located in Madrid.
The Role:
The Email Marketing intern will contribute to strategic digital marketing projects, gaining valuable experience in email marketing. They will lead and execute internal enablement sessions about Email Best Practices, own one of our email programs (autoresponders), create landing pages and assist the team with other administrative duties.
The work you’ll do:
- Participate in transversal programs building, managing and optimizing autoresponder emails
- Create and monitor the performance of autoresponders and optimize them based on data and insights
- Build and maintain landing pages for our global newsletters
- Build and execute local email campaigns
- Support with reports and dashboards
- Update our Email Best Practices e-book
- Create and host internal enablement sessions about Email Marketing Best Practices
- Learn the tool KNAK to implement email templates and build our email campaigns
The qualifications you need:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related
- Advanced English
- Quick learner and desire to learn
- Willing to develop a career in Digital Marketing
- Good communication skills
- Enthusiastic, energetic and willing to take new challenges
