The primary purpose of the Intern, Cost and Contract Specialist is to support govern all third party and project spend for the Enterprise Technology department.
Planned start date: 1st July 2025
Program length: 12 months
Location: S+N Office Wroclaw, Poland (hybrid)
What will you be doing?
- Budget management support: cooperation with IT Service Owners and Finance Business Partners for IT in order to plan and control Enterprise Technology OpEx and CapEx annual budget. The budget control activities include the continues spend monitoring, monthly accrual reviews, forecasting and processing of budget adjustments.
- Management of orders and payments: verification of invoices against contract terms, ensuring timely submission of Purchase Orders, ensuring regular purchase order renewals, handling disputes and complaints related to payments.
- Cost allocation support: liasoning with PMO, M&A and Business to ensure proper estimation of cost of additional services and technologies as a demand not included in the budget; ensuring proper cost allocation across respective cost centers.
- Overseeing to dedicated portfolio of Contracts and SOWs, ensuring timely termination or extension of contracts, liasoning with IT contract owners and Procurement.
- Support Supplier Relationship Management programme for IT. Overseeing relationship with key vendors, ensuring service reviews take place.
- Support Microsoft contract management. Regular processing and documenting of the incoming demands, including the product’s reservations and reconciliations. Preparing of annual license position summary (True-up).
- Find and address risks to the service delivery and address and resolve issues before they impact service levels.
- Creating and updating SOP: description of all internal processes.
- Identify services with Voice and WAN according to invoice details.
