Responsible for supplier tax setup, documentation requirements and support other tasks under Global AP Team.
Responsibilities- Supplier tax and bank account set-up and 1099 compliance
- Assists in W8/W9 clean-up and reconciling items
- Assists in Month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing such as monitoring of tasks or checklist
- Assists in the audit requirements/schedules (e.g. financial, SOX, PWC, etc.)
- Roamer to help out in other areas within the group
- Accountancy- College Level
- Familiar with Windows applications. Excellent Excel skills preferred
- Effective and strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
