Team CACI is seeking a dynamic Intermediate Digital Training Implementation Specialist supporting the Department of the Air Force (DAF) Enterprise IT as a Service (EITaaS) Program to engage the design, development, and expert delivery of core digital competency domains aligned to over 25k customers and DAF Chief Information Officer (CIO) strategies.
In this unique role, you will support and guide sophisticated modern learning experiences – building the foundation for transforming complex technical career and training streams into highly engaging, impactful, and easily digestible learning experiences for a diverse audience including IT professionals, graphically dispersed teams, and stakeholders. Your contribution under the directions of the Government and Contractor Team Leads will be vital in driving widespread adoption, ensuring proficiency, and maximizing the return on investment in this exciting new project, benefiting both current and future workforces.
Join a high-performing, matrix-oriented Digital Training Implementation Team responsible for creating and executing Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) Digital Materiel Management (DMM), DAF CIO, and Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Digital Transformation strategies – establishing competency domains which maximize employee usage, drive faster adoption, and promote higher utilization of the center-wide training program.
Responsibilities:
- Work as an integrated member of the customer’s Digital Training Implementation Team
- Coordinate all planning, development, implementation execution, and scaling activities with the customer
- Develop and maintain dashboards tracking training completion, competency and alignment
- Track change management indicators, including adoption, behavioral shifts, and resistance signals
- Deploy Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methods to support the integration of Agile and practices across the customer’s organizations, including assisting implementation units with SAFe ceremonies
- Facilitate workshops and coordinate with functional offices to align SAFe adoption with the Digital Competency Framework and Center‑wide Digital Training Program
- Evaluate knowledge gaps related to projects and programs
- Assess, design, and conceptualize training scenarios, approaches, objectives, plans, tools, aids, curriculums, and other modern technologies related to training and behavioral studies
- Design, develop, coordinate, implement, and deliver and evaluate training programs that support organizational objectives and are aligned with the business plan
- Train trainers and assure instructional quality and appropriate content of consultants and contract trainers
- Identify the best training approach requirements to include, but not limited to hardware, software, simulations, course assessment and refreshment, assessment centers, oral examinations, interviews, computer-assisted and adaptive testing, behavior-based assessment and performance, and team and unit assessment and measurement
Qualifications:
Required:
- 8+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience).
- Currently hold an adjudicated Secret Clearance (or higher) or be able to obtain, and maintain
- Meet/exceed DoD 8140 requirements (e.g., IAT, IAM, IASAE, CompTIA Security+, GSEC, CISSP, CISM, and/or CompTIA CASP+)
- Proven SAFe competency (e.g., Agilist (SA), Scrum Master (SSM), Release Train Engineer (RTE), Practice Consultant (SPC))
- Experience operating within a SAFe and/or Agile development environment(s)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a meticulous eye for detail and quality
Desired:
- Certifications in Instructional Design (e.g., CPLP, ATD certifications), Project Management (PMP), ITIL v4/5, or other Information Technology (IT) competencies
