Job Description
Are you looking for a paid internship in Intercompany Accounts Payable - Record to Report department? Are you interested in working in an international environment and supporting a dynamic team? If you're available for at least 30 hours per week, we're looking for you!
As an Intercompany Accounts Payable Intern you will be part of a collaborative and experienced Record to Report department. You'll work with specialists who value accuracy, teamwork, and continuous improvement. This 6-month paid internship offers a chance to develop practical skills in document handling and process documentation. We offer you flexible working hours with preferred office presence on Mondays, Tuesdays or Thursdays, when most of the team is onsite.
You will report to the General Accounting Team Leader and have a hybrid schedule working in Katowice, Poland.
Your Responsibilities:
- Intercompany invoices posting
- Resolve discrepancies between the invoice and the purchase order
- Download invoice copies for audit purposes
- Manual payments preparation
- Support in month end activities - mandatory presence at work during the last two days of the month - including remote work.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Student status (preferably in Finance & Accounting)
- Language skills: good English (spoken and written, B2)
- Excel - ability to work with formulas and functions
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- SAP, IFS experience
