- Process customer inquiries related to manufacturing processes and the supply of finished products and components.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including Production, Production Planning, Logistics, and Warehouse teams.
- Communicate with customers regarding order fulfillment timelines, shipment readiness, production delays, and changes to delivery schedules.
- Receive production orders for finished goods from the company's international partners, register them in the company's ERP system, and monitor the order status and production progress until completion.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher. Knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.
- Experience working with 1C, SAP, or other ERP systems.
- Proficient PC user with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of business communication etiquette.
- Results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
