As we evolve to incorporate intelligent automation, we are seeking a junior Intelligent Automation Engineer to implement automation solutions that enhances our capabilities.
This role will leverage UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, and other cutting-edge technologies to streamline workflows, reduce manual intervention, and increase overall productivity. This role will be reporting to the Tech Lead / Architect from the team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Delivers high quality software, on-time, following Broadridge SDLC processes.
- Ensures technical & security best practices along with Broadridge standards are adhered to on continuous basis.
- Provides technical leadership to developers in a variety of duties including data design, coding, testing, technical design, development, and troubleshooting.
- Handles technical implementation, code quality and overall productivity of the development team
- Provides estimates of all priority and non-priority projects along with recommended scope or schedule changes based on capacity and unforeseen challenges
- Identifies potential issues while staying focused on identified priorities.
- Evaluating different ways which can help drive efficient/productive development practices.
- Take leadership on proposing & implementation of RPA best and secure practices such as reusable components, custom framework etc.
- Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to architect, design, develop, and support technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues as needed.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- at least 2 years of experience in automation engineering or software development, preferably in an enterprise infrastructure environment.
- experience with UiPath RPA platform / MS Power platform in designing and developing attended and un-attended bots with best practices Experience in automating bespoke applications, MS Office(Excel, Word), PDF, TXT and Email automation.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- UiPath Developer Certification or Microsoft Power Platform certification (preferred).
- Experience using at least two of the screen scraping methods and OCR API's.
- Strong understanding of SQL concepts and web service interaction handling using web services REST/SOAP
- Passionate teammate who understands and respects personal & cultural differences
- Ability to solve complex problems independently and gather experienced advice as needed
- Ability to focus on delivering results in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities
- Strong written and communications skills for collaboration with various teams
- Solid analytical skills, especially in area of translating business requirements into technical design – with a continuous focus on aligning technical roadmap with the immediate and long-term Business strategy
- Knowledge of AWS cloud – preferred
- Experience with DevOps (Jenkins, Terraform) – preferred
