CACI is seeking a Senior Level (10+ years of experience) Intelligence Analyst with knowledge of Intelligence Community Knowledge Management Processes and the ability to translate intelligence gaps into collection requirements for the IC and greater DoD. The contractor will also be responsible for the management and administration of processes that enable the customer to identify, document, preserve, transfer, analyze, synthesize, and access intellectual capital and information content. Finally, the contractor will be able to assist analytical development with intelligence expertise on the operations and methodology of Internal and External State Actors (ISA/ESA), Violent Extremist Organizations (VEO), Transnational Criminal Organizations (TCO), Special Interest Aliens (SIA), Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD), and other emerging threat priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and authoring analytical products in support of Improvised Threats and Acquisition technical studies.
- Responsibility to provide updates to customer on commercial technology trends.
- Knowledge of the capabilities and functionality of various technologies for organizing and managing information (e.g., databases, bookmarking engines).
- Design, build, implement, and maintain a knowledge management framework that provides end-users access to the organization's intellectual capital.
- Assist in the preparation of intelligence and threat briefings to all echelons of stakeholders in Department of Defense (DoD) and the Interagency (IA).
- Identify intelligence gaps and work with Collection Managers to address those gaps.
- Implement and execute knowledge management initiatives, including knowledge creation, capture, sharing (collaboration), use, and transfer.
- Coordinate, integrate, and implement knowledge management requirements.
- Develop and implement program guidance, in accordance with policy, to support the integration and synchronization of functional knowledge management.
- Design, setup, and maintain a Knowledge Management Network for an audience in excess of 500 users.
- Use Information Technology (IT) processes sufficient to leverage Automated Information Systems (AIS) leading to the development of guidelines and detailed plans and policies for the effective and efficient utilization of technology resources.
- Apply current visual communication and telecommunications technologies in the dissemination of knowledge products to improve program efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Current and Active Top Secret clearance and able to obtain TS/SCI.
- Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years of experience in Intelligence Community.
- Graduate of DoD or IA intelligence analysis school or course.
- Prior experience in submitting intelligence collection requirements.
- Experience in SharePoint and interacting with other intelligence community requirement sites.
- Experience with intelligence tools such as but not limited to CHROME, PALANTIR, TAC, CIAWIRE, NSA PULSE, OSINT Analytical Framework.
- Ability to brief high level stakeholders in DoD and IA, implement and administer knowledge management initiatives, including knowledge creation, capture, sharing (collaboration), use, and transfer.
- Experience with MS Office Suite and experience conducting data and statistic manipulation.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communications skills able to brief senior leaders and decision makers.
Desired:
- Master’s Degree in a related analytical field.
- Understanding of improvised threats from RCIED, UAS, and other improvised technology.
- Successful completion of MS Certified Solutions Expert (eg. Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint) or current applicable certification.
- HTML coding experience such as Python to develop and manage data visualization tools.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$70,900 - $148,900
