They will produce intelligence reports, briefings, and assist with exercises in coordination with various agencies. The All-Source Planner will provide original and derivative all source analysis and production of the USSOCOM J10 Directorate and CDRUSSOCOM. They will adhere to all Intelligence Community Analytic Tradecraft Standards as described in ICD 203. They will develop all source intelligence products focused on specific actors of concern WMD programs and respective activities along the WMD continuum as defined in JP 3-40 and FCP CWMD. The All-Source Planner plans, prepares, edits, integrates, publishes and brief all source studies, Requests For Information (RFI) responses, and assessments in coordination with other USSOCOM directorates, interagency and intelligence community colleagues in the WMD/CWMD mission space. They must understand exercises and enable all intelligence cycle functions (e.g., Planning and Direction; Collection; Processing and Exploitation; Analysis and Production Dissemination). The All-Source Planner will enable JIPOE activities via their mastery of exercises.

Required qualifications/experience:

  • Possess a TS clearance with eligibility for SCI
  • Possess a minimum of ten years of all-source analysis experience with Combatant Command (CCMD), Joint Staff, and/or Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA).
  • Possess a minimum of five years of experience with intelligence research tools, collection methods techniques, and the Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communication System (JWICS).
  • Possess a minimum of five years of experience of national and defense intelligence enterprise functions, roles and responsibilities, guidelines, and directives, DoD organizational structures, and joint intelligence processes.

Desired qualifications/experience:

  • Possess a Certified Defense All Source Analyst (CDASA) certification.
