What You'll Be Doing:
- Communicating with partners on technical issues (API, webhooks, flows)
- Assistance with integration, answering technical questions
- Collaborating with sales before and after partner onboarding
- Conducting short demos and walkthroughs
- First- and second-line support: analyzing technical cases
- Incident monitoring, escalation, and solution monitoring
- API/Webhook flow testing via Postman
- Bug descriptions with context and steps
- Collecting product and integration requirements
- Maintaining integration documentation
- Preparing guides and instructions (self-service/self-onboarding)
Qualifications You Bring:
- Must have:
- Understanding of REST, webhooks, and JSON
- Proficiency in Postman
- Ability to structure information
- Ability to describe processes and bugs
- Strong communication skills
- Nice to have:
- Experience in fintech or L2/L3 tech support
- Experience in integration roles in SaaS/payments
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Slack
