The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to own the full lifecycle of partner integrations — from scoping and development through to launch and ongoing support.
Strong full-stack development skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable solutions are essential, along with experience in frontend and backend implementation, B2C plugin integrations, and working directly with external partners. The ability to balance hands-on coding with partner-facing communication and junior developer mentorship will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities
- Develop template-based and custom Xsolla Pages for partner projects using site builder platforms (e.g., Webflow, Wix, Squarespace) and custom code solutions.
- Integrate B2C plugins (Quests, Offerwall, Rewards) into partner implementations and configure functionality based on specific project requirements.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for partners throughout onboarding and implementation, providing clear guidance on functionality, plugin configuration, and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and cross-functional teams to ensure pages align with brand standards and user experience goals.
- Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot and debug complex integration issues, optimize performance, and conduct quality audits on game titles, pricing, and SKUs.
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews, custom development tasks, and guidance on new or complex feature requests.
- Analyze existing technical issues, identify root causes through log analysis, and deliver actionable recommendations for resolution.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3–5 years of full-stack development experience, with a strong portfolio of frontend and backend implementation work.
- Proficiency in React.js and its core principles, including state management workflows such as Flux or Redux.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with hands-on experience using site builder tools such as Webflow, Wix, or Squarespace.
- Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and RESTful API integration using Fetch or similar methods.
- Solid experience with version control systems, particularly Git, within collaborative development environments.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, including the ability to read logs, trace root causes, and resolve complex integration issues independently.
- Excellent communication skills — able to present technical solutions clearly, manage partner expectations, and facilitate productive discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience.
- Advanced proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude to enhance development productivity and problem-solving.
- Ability to use Claude Code for agentic coding workflows and accelerated custom development tasks.
