About the Position:
An ideal candidate for the Integration Management Consultant position will have a strong background in project management, with a proven track record of successfully participating in IT and data support projects. The Integration Management Consultant will be responsible for assisting in the planning, integration, and implementation of IT and data support projects. This will involve assisting senior leadership in all project related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interface Management: Act as the primary liaison between clients and development teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
- Platform Support Team Management: Oversee and coordinate platform support teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Project Coordination: Manage the integration and implementation of instances for new clients, ensuring smooth onboarding processes.
- Smartsheet Utilization: Utilize Smartsheet for project tracking, task management, and reporting.
- SQL Knowledge Application: Apply SQL knowledge to analyze data, generate reports, and support integration tasks.
- Ticketing System Management: Oversee the use of ticketing management systems to track and resolve client issues efficiently.
- Client Expectation Management: Set and manage client expectations, ensuring satisfaction with the integration process.
- Timeline Management: Work under tight timelines to deliver project milestones and final deliverables on schedule.
- Constraint Identification: Identify and address project constraints and risks proactively.
- Training Facilitation: Facilitate training sessions for clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth transition and effective use of platforms.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, plans, and progress reports.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and accuracy of integration processes and deliverables.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Support Transition: Assist in the transition from development to support, ensuring continuity and knowledge transfer.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree: In Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in integration management or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Smartsheet, and ticketing management systems.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Client Management: Proven experience in managing client relationships and expectations.
- Team Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate support teams.
- Time Management: Exceptional time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Training Skills: Experience in conducting training sessions and knowledge transfer.
- Documentation Skills: Proficient in creating and maintaining detailed project documentation.
- Continuous Learning: Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Certifications: PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Willingness to travel to and work from project site as necessary.

Work Location:
This position a remote work experience with travel required to be at client sites as the projects dictate.
Salary Transparency:
Disclosure required under applicable state or municipality regulations: The expected salary range for this position is $100,000-$130,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. SPG is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HSA and 401(k) accounts, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses, equity and commissions for some positions.
