Job Description

We are seeking an Integration Expert / Enterprise Architect with deep expertise in designing and implementing large-scale integration solutions across enterprise systems. You will be responsible for defining integration strategies, ensuring interoperability between AI, telephony, CRM, ERP, and cloud applications, and maintaining architectural integrity. This role requires balancing business requirements with technical feasibility while ensuring scalability, security, and compliance across integration layers.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee integration architectures connecting AI, telephony, and enterprise applications.
  • Define standards for APIs, microservices, and middleware to ensure interoperability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals with technical solutions.
  • Evaluate, select, and implement integration platforms (iPaaS, ESB, API gateways).
  • Ensure security, compliance, and data governance across integration flows.
  • Document integration blueprints, workflows, and reference architectures.
  • Provide technical leadership during solution design, PoCs, and client implementations.
  • Support performance optimization, scalability planning, and resilience testing of integrations.
  • Guide teams on best practices in API design, versioning, and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in system integration, enterprise architecture, or solution design.
  • Strong knowledge of API frameworks (REST, GraphQL), ESB, and iPaaS platforms.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and hybrid integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with telephony/VoIP systems and CRM/ERP integrations.
  • Proficiency in architectural modeling tools (ArchiMate, UML, TOGAF).
  • Strong understanding of security, compliance, and data privacy standards.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills.
