応募要件（スキル・経験）：
【必須要件】
- 通信/IT領域でのエンジニアリング経験(目安1年以上)、およびRAN(LTE/NR)または同等のネットワーク領域の基礎知識
- Linux/CLIの基本操作、ログ解析(RAN・コアネットワーク問わず基礎レベル可)、テストケースの作成/実行経験
- Python/シェルスクリプト等でのスクリプト(データ整形、ログ抽出、パラメータ適用など)作成の実務または学習経験
- 課題に対してオープンなマインドセット
- サービスデリバリービジネスに関する理解
- 問題解決能力およびコンサルティングスキル

About this opportunity:
Ericsson is seeking an "Integration Engineer" who can thrive as part of a growing team. We are looking for candidates with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset who can carry out their duties effectively.
Responsibilities include supporting, maintaining, and managing processes related to hardware and software verification, upgrades, and integration work for 4G/5G Radio Access Networks (eNodeB/gNodeB), as well as automating network rollout tasks. All activities must adhere to group policies, legal regulations, and financial rules.
A commitment to procedures and tools grounded in both global and local environmental and occupational health and safety (E+OHS), including attention to data security and privacy, is key to this role.
What you will do:
- Gather data efficiently to ensure proper planning.
- Carefully plan and execute installation and testing phases.
- Proactively drive improvements in processes and methodologies (standardization, automation, test automation) to achieve high-efficiency and high-quality delivery.
- Perform base station(eNodeB/gNodeB) software upgrades, verification, quality monitoring, and operations.
- Develop and verify automation tools and provide customer support.
- Manage integration plans, adjust schedules, and monitor/report progress.
The skills you bring:
- Engineering experience in the Telecom/IT domain (approx. 1 year or more). Basic knowledge of RAN (LTE/NR) or equivalent network domains.
- Basic experience with Linux/CLI operations, log analysis (basic level in RAN or Core NW is acceptable), and creating/executing test cases.
- Practical experience or study experience in scripting (data formatting, log extraction, applying parameters, etc.) using Python, Shell scripts, etc.
- An open mindset towards challenges.
- Understanding of the Service Delivery business.
- Problem-solving and consulting skills.
