Integrated Solutions – Cloud and VoIP Senior Solutions Manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Turnkey Solutions Senior Product Line Manager, responsible for end-to-end VoIP solutions. In this position, you will own the solution line strategy and execution while designing and governing scalable, secure, carrier-grade VoIP and real-time communications architectures. You will work with Ribbon products as well as best-of-breed third-party components to deliver integrated solutions for service providers and critical infrastructure customers based mainly on cloud environments.

This is a highly cross-functional role requiring a blend of product leadership, solution architecture, and software/cloud delivery expertise.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain Solutions requirements, positioning, differentiation, and value proposition based on customer needs and market trends.
• Proactive sales in front of Customers, promoting the technical solutions under your responsibility
• Partner with Sales, SE, Engineering, VoIP PLMs, Support, and Marketing to ensure coherent solution messaging, delivery quality, and customer success.
• Allocating and contracting with 3rd party solutions to augment Ribbon's core offering into a full turnkey solution. This role requires working with Legal and Purchasing to have partnerships and collaboration agreements with potential partners.
• Define Solution technical requirements, based on Customer's inputs, in front of the R&D teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the project's life cycle – from presales to delivery, ATP, and support.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in the Ribbon product portfolio to enable upselling to Customers.

Qualifications (Must):

• Israeli Citizen
• Minimum 10 years' experience in VoIP/real-time communications, with demonstrated ownership of architecture and/or product management responsibilities.

• Experience in architecting and integrating multi-vendor solutions
• Strong understanding of carrier-grade/mission-critical design principles
• Proven experience delivering software projects in modern environments, including:
  • Cloud and container platforms (Kubernetes/OpenShift)
  • CI/CD pipelines and automation practices
  • Observability/monitoring and operational readiness
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills—able to translate technical complexity into clear decisions, trade-offs, and plans.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English & Hebrew, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel abroad (not more than 4 times a year).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with VoIP & Cloud Native vendors and market
• Familiarity with software product design
• Familiarity with Ribbon C&E Solutions
• Familiarity with the global / Israeli Defense Market
• Israeli MoD Security Clearance
