The VoIP Senior Systems Architect will design and integrate VoIP systems, manage project technical issues, and analyze system performance to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Coordinate departmental budgeting, reporting and cost control; approve purchase requisitions; track and reconcile actuals; manage special project budgets; produce regular and ad-hoc financial reports; identify anomalies and optimization opportunities; leverage data and approved AI tools to automate processes; support departmental administration and record keeping.

The Revenue Accountant ensures accurate revenue recognition, manages customer portfolios, prepares quarter-end close activities, and supports audits in compliance with US GAAP.

Perform PoCs, field trials and demonstrations (remote or onsite); present and validate L2/L3 IP-MPLS technical solutions for customers; act as a knowledge resource on all-optical network aspects and support service-oriented engagements.
