Manage customer collections by contacting customers about overdue invoices, prioritizing accounts by risk and aging, recording payment commitments, resolving disputes with cross-functional teams, escalating high-risk issues, maintaining account histories, and reporting collection status and AR aging to management. The VoIP Senior Systems Architect will design and integrate VoIP systems, manage project technical issues, and analyze system performance to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Coordinate departmental budgeting, reporting and cost control; approve purchase requisitions; track and reconcile actuals; manage special project budgets; produce regular and ad-hoc financial reports; identify anomalies and optimization opportunities; leverage data and approved AI tools to automate processes; support departmental administration and record keeping.

The Revenue Accountant ensures accurate revenue recognition, manages customer portfolios, prepares quarter-end close activities, and supports audits in compliance with US GAAP.
