Design, develop, automate, and support scalable cloud-native solutions. The role involves platform and software engineering using Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, virtualization platforms, Ansible, Python, Bash, Git, and Helm. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining automation playbooks, roles, and modules; supporting containerized applications; and contributing within Agile/Scrum environments.

Processes and validates customer purchase orders, updates customer and order data, tracks order status, maintains Excel reports and databases, performs accuracy checks, follows established procedures and SLAs, and escalates discrepancies. Collaborates with Sales, Finance, and Logistics teams while providing operational and administrative support in a process-driven environment.

Supports global service proposals, pricing, cost and margin analysis, price lists, quoting tools, and commercial model development for IP, optical, and software solutions. Collaborates with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product Management, and partners to gather proposal information, improve quoting processes, track opportunities in Salesforce, and report on pricing and business trends.

Designs, documents, tests, and brings up prototype and production electrical hardware for telecommunications products. Supports PCB-based systems, electro-mechanical equipment, cables, and chassis solutions. Collaborates with hardware, firmware, software, manufacturing, installation, product management, and support teams. Provides ongoing production support by troubleshooting hardware issues and recommending redesigns, component substitutions, and other solutions.

Design, implement, test, and troubleshoot optimized data plane networking software for Session Border Controller products. Develop acceleration solutions using network processors and specialized hardware, investigate customer issues, and collaborate with distributed engineering and system test teams to validate functionality and performance.

Design, build, and execute test plans and automation for a large-scale distributed analytics platform. Validate Kubernetes deployments, create Jenkins pipelines, perform PostgreSQL and Hadoop performance testing, track defects, run scalability/reliability tests, and mentor junior QA engineers while improving CI/CD test processes.

Meet with customers to gather requirements and produce detailed order capture worksheets, specs, and drawings using Ribbon tools. Engineer, configure, test, and deploy telecom and data equipment across central office and outside plant infrastructure. Perform log analysis, root cause analysis, and determine DC power, cabling, and termination needs while following TL9000/ISO quality practices.

The VoIP Senior Systems Architect will design and integrate VoIP systems, manage project technical issues, and analyze system performance to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
