- Prioritize, validate, and traffic incoming work based on marketing plans and demand generation goals
- Allocate resources by organizing requests in our Adobe Workfront project management tool, assigning task owners, and managing workflows from beginning to end.
- Control resource management by establishing the workflow requirements, estimate activity level of effort, and develop and maintain a timeline to ensure deadlines are met
- Facilitate campaign kick-offs, event pitches, and other relevant meetings to maintain cross-functional alignment
- Identify synergies to increase cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Events, & Sales Enablement partners
- Monitor progress of projects and move them along to meet delivery deadlines
- Manage internal expectations, issues, and project risk by maintaining ongoing status updates with cross-functional partners
- Uphold brand guidelines, creative and marketing strategy processes
- Identify synergies to increase efficient usage of Workfront for Production and other teams
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent experience.

Compensation Range:
$90,000.00-$109,000.00Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process. Salary determination will be determined based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, demonstrated skills related to the requirements of the role, education, certifications, and geographic location.
