Key Responsibilities
1. Integrated Marketing & Campaign Strategy
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for the region, from research and planning to execution and performance monitoring.
- Partner with key stakeholders (Sales/Revenue, Partner, Product, and Segment teams) to identify target markets, key accounts, TAL, focus solutions, key industry bodies/associations, and relevant events and create effective strategies to engage with them.
- Localize and adapt global/corporate campaigns for the Asia market; recommend improvements based on performance data and stakeholder feedback.
- Own and manage the regional online and offline events calendar and drive all events end-to-end (from concept and budgeting to execution, follow-up, and reporting), ensuring they are closely aligned with lead generation and pipeline goals in collaboration with customer-facing teams.
2. Lead Generation & Performance Management
- Lead lead-generation initiatives for your assigned squads/segments (e.g., ABM initiatives, content syndication, appointment setting, webinars, events, digital campaigns, among others).
- Define clear objectives and KPIs for all campaigns (MQLs, SQOs, opportunities won, pipeline, revenue, ROI) with stakeholders.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance across online and offline channels; use data to optimize ongoing and future activities.
- Work closely with the Revenue team to ensure strong campaign follow-up, lead management, and pipeline progression.
3. Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Act as the main marketing point of contact for assigned squads/regions.
- Lead regular squad/stakeholder meetings to discuss plans, priorities, progress, and results.
- Manage expectations and handle stakeholders, aligning different teams (Sales, Partners, Product, HQ Marketing) around common goals.
- Provide clear, concise, and regular updates on campaign status, results, and insights to stakeholders and management.
4. Digital, Web & Landing Pages
- Support regional requirements for localized website and landing pages, especially for campaigns and events across the SuperAsia region.
- Brief, coordinate, and/or work hands-on on landing page creation (structure, messaging, basic UX best practices) in collaboration with the digital/web team.
- Ensure all digital assets are optimized for lead capture, user experience, and tracking (forms, CTAs, tagging, etc.).
- Help drive translation and localization of content for the regional website and other marketing materials.
6. Cross-Channel Brand & Thought Leadership
- Collaborate with Digital, PR, Social, and Content teams to execute local brand awareness and thought leadership activities (e.g., industry reports, roundtables, panel discussions, association collaborations).
- Proactively identify new initiatives and channels that can contribute to awareness, consideration, and pipeline in the region.
7. Collaboration & Compliance
- Work with regional marketing (Content, Digital, PR, Social) to develop key messaging, simple copy, and content for integrated campaigns and events, aligned with regional and global strategies.
- Ensure all activities are aligned with company policies, branding guidelines, and processes.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in tech/SaaS/CPaaS or a related industry.
- Proven experience in:
- Managing multiple projects and delivering on a timely manner
- Planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns with clear lead gen outcomes.
- Managing events end-to-end, including budget and stakeholders.
- Working independently and owning projects from concept to results.
- Strong stakeholder and project management skills, including experience handling senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to simplify complex topics and present results clearly.
- Experience collaborating on or managing website/landing page creation and optimization for campaigns.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, QlikSense, PowerBI, etc.) to track performance and report on KPIs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed, and cross-functional environment
- Developing creative marketing solutions with tailored customization and achieve return on objective/investments
- Experience managing holistic marketing campaigns, including digital, events, industry forums, brand etc.
- Possess strong people and organizational skills with a burning desire to get hands-on experience in other integrated marketing disciplines
