As an Integrated Marketing Specialist, you'll turn marketing performance insights into strategies that shape how we invest across sports, markets, channels, and customer opportunities. You'll build the processes that connect Analytics with Integrated Marketing, helping teams translate performance recommendations into clear investment decisions and coordinated marketing action. Working across Sports Go-To-Market, Geo Performance, Channel Marketing, Analytics, and Customer Monetization, you'll strengthen how we plan and optimize marketing investments at both the portfolio and local market level. Your work will help establish a more scalable approach to using data to guide where and how we invest.
What you'll do as an Integrated Marketing Specialist, Investment and Strategy
• Translate analytical outputs and performance insights into actionable marketing strategies, investment recommendations, and direction for downstream teams.
• Build scalable processes that connect Analytics with Integrated Marketing, creating a consistent path from performance insights to marketing decisions and execution.
• Partner with Sports Go-To-Market, Geo Performance, Channel Marketing, Analytics, and Customer Monetization to inform integrated marketing strategies across sports, markets, channels, and customer opportunities.
• Develop frameworks that improve visibility into marketing investment and help teams make more informed decisions about channel mix, spend allocation, and local market opportunities.
• Turn analytical frameworks, including media mix and channel performance insights, into clear recommendations that marketing teams can incorporate into campaign planning.
• Strengthen reporting and planning processes that help teams evaluate performance at the state and local level and identify opportunities to optimize marketing investment.
• Create clear, compelling materials that synthesize performance insights, business context, and investment recommendations for marketing leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing workflows and use emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, to make marketing planning and decision-making more effective.
What you'll bring
• Experience in integrated marketing, marketing strategy, or a related field, with broad exposure to channels such as paid social, organic social, television, radio, and other media.
• The ability to understand analytical outputs and performance frameworks and translate them into clear marketing strategies and recommendations; deep statistical modeling expertise is not required.
• Experience connecting marketing performance insights with investment planning, channel strategy, campaign planning, or market-level decision-making.
• Strong operational skills and the ability to build repeatable processes that move complex, cross-functional work from insight to action.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint and the ability to simplify complex information for a range of stakeholders.
• The ability to collaborate across Analytics, Marketing, Creative, and other cross-functional teams while bringing structure and direction to ambiguous business challenges.
• Experience working in a fast-paced technology, startup, or similarly dynamic environment is a plus, along with exposure to artificial intelligence tools or other emerging technologies.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 89,600.00 USD - 112,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Skills Required
