We are looking for a skilled and experienced Integrated Campaign Marketing Manager to join the EMEA Campaign Marketing team. You will own and drive key integrated marketing campaigns across EMEA, with an initial focus on key industries and our flagship GTC conference — operating with a high degree of independence, aligned to NVIDIA's strategic priorities, and building influential relationships across the business.
A successful candidate is a strategic and self-directed marketer who knows how to cut through complexity, prioritise strategically, and drive significant impact across a matrixed, global organisation. You thrive in fast-paced environments and bring a broad range of marketing principles and knowledge of AI implementation across channels.
What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing comprehensive, insight-led campaign strategies for EMEA, with initial ownership of industries campaign marketing across the region.
Building strong relationships with technical and sales teams across EMEA to stay close to field insights. Develop and own a strategic framework that prioritises the right industries, programmes, and events.
Brief, launch, and optimize digital campaigns (collaborating with NVIDIA's Digital Marketing Organization), including testing new channels, formats, and AI-powered tactics to reach priority audiences.
Aligning with global and regional stakeholders to ensure a cohesive GTC plan from thought leadership to acquisition, with regional execution reflecting global positioning and local insights fed back consistently.
Regularly presenting campaign results, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders, advocating for necessary optimisations, resources, and tools to improve performance.
What we need to see
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience), with 8+ years in B2B marketing focused on integrated campaign strategy and execution — ideally within high-tech, cloud, or enterprise software environments.
History of independently developing and running comprehensive, multi-channel, multi-stakeholder campaigns. Demonstrating full ownership of delivering key results and performance reporting.
Comfort working with technical topics and audiences, with genuine curiosity about AI, accelerated computing, and developer ecosystems.
Strong analytical approach and proficiency using campaign performance data to inform decisions, prioritise experiments, and communicate impact to senior partners.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesise input from many collaborators into clear briefs, narratives, and plans, and present authoritatively to mid-to-large groups.
Ways to stand out from the crowd
Background in developer or technical audience marketing, including experience with events, programmes, or communities tailored to engineers, data scientists, or researchers.
Experience in industry marketing, working closely with field teams to generate and activate use cases.
Proven use of innovative tactics in marketing programmes, such as AI agents, sophisticated personalisation, or emerging platforms to reach new audiences.
