What work you will be responsible for: 

• Perform Manager level compliance review and tax return signoff 

• Review Federal and State Corporate tax returns, including Form 1120-PC and Form 1120-L

• Supervising engagements and special projects undertaken by the firm 

• Coaching, mentoring and assisting staff so they can develop and assist in the growth of the tax function 

• Maintaining knowledge of new tax issues and general business trends that affect the client 

Basic Qualifications: 

• Experience serving clients in the Insurance field

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field 

• CPA, EA, or JD 

• 6+ years of progressive tax experience 

• 1+ years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates

For NYC and California, the expected salary range for this position is between

85000

and

150000

The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
