Insurance Sales Trainee – Farmers Insurance

The Kyle Campbell Agency is looking for a motivated, people-focused Insurance Sales Trainee to join our Lansing team.

Insurance experience is not required. We provide the training, coaching, and support to help you learn the industry and develop your sales skills.

As an Insurance Sales Trainee, you'll learn how to help individuals, families, and businesses understand their insurance options while building strong client relationships.

• Connect with prospective clients through leads, referrals, and outreach

• Learn how to identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage

• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products

• Follow up with prospects and build long-term client relationships

• Work toward individual and agency sales goals

• Manage leads and follow-ups using CRM tools

• Participate in ongoing sales and insurance training

You don't need an insurance background to get started. We're looking for someone who:

• Enjoys talking with people and building relationships

• Is motivated by goals, achievement, and earning potential

• Is confident, persistent, and willing to step outside their comfort zone

• Takes coaching well and wants to continuously improve

• Is organized, dependable, and consistent with follow-up

• Has sales, customer service, or other client-facing experience preferred, but not required

• Holds an insurance license or is willing to obtain the required licensing

• Bilingual skills are a plus
