✎ Missions
Wakam assure la conception de produits d'assurances sur-mesure qui sont ensuite commercialisés par des partenaires distributeurs (courtiers, insurtech, retailers) sur un modèle B2B2C en marque blanche. Pour accompagner la forte croissance de l’entreprise, Wakam est à la recherche d’un(e) stagiaire pour rejoindre notre Office Business & Transformation.
Rattaché.e à l’équipe Delegated Operations, encadré.e par notre Head of External Operations, vous serez en charge du traitement et de l’analyse des réclamations prises en charge par les partenaires de Wakam en France et en Europe.
Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :
- Examiner les dossiers de réclamations reçus par Wakam et identifier les partenaires ou services capables / responsables d’assurer la bonne prise en charge du dossier ;
- Identifier les causes d’insatisfaction des assurés et remonter d’éventuels dysfonctionnements devant donner lieu à des actions correctives ;
- Etudier les applications possibles de l’IA pour analyser la qualité de gestion des réclamations par les partenaires de Wakam et identifier des axes d’amélioration de la satisfaction client ;
- Contribuer à la réalisation de reportings réglementaires relatifs aux réclamations.
✯ Profil recherché
- Vous suivez actuellement un programme de Master en Assurance ou en Management, au sein d’une Ecole de Commerce, d’un IAE ou d’une Université ;
- Vous avez de fortes capacités d’analyse et un vrai sens du détail ;
- Vous démontrez une grande capacité d’organisation et vous êtes capable de prioriser efficacement les demandes ;
- Vous êtes curieux et cherchez à comprendre finement les sujets pour proposer des pistes d’amélioration pertinentes ;
- Une bonne maîtrise du français, oral et écrit, ainsi que de l’anglais est requise.
