Job Summary:
The Bond Account Associate is responsible for working collaboratively with the Bond Account Manager and/or Client Advisors on new and existing bonding accounts and assisting in their delivery of commitments to these clients. The role will help execute, track, bill, renew, document, and process bonding needs for clients. Specific service responsibilities are assigned per guidelines, procedures, quality and service standards as stated by the agency.
Responsibilities:

Provide service and support to Bond Account Manager on existing accounts and assist the delivery of commitments to clients.

Provide in-house customer service to clients as assigned and requested.

Assists renewal reviews and re-marketing as appropriate.

Maintains client accounts on agency automation system, documents conversations, properly attaches documents, sends confirmations to insured clients and adheres to all other operating procedures that are, or become, established.

Maintains follow-up system for outstanding orders and correspondence, follows-up on overdue and suspense items. Responds to carrier requests for additional information in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- 1-3+ years of experience working in the Insurance industry
- Must hold an active P&C license, or be able to obtain
- Excellent communication, organizational, time-management, and customer service skills are required.
- Candidates must be able to effectively manage multiple tasks and work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
