As a key member of the regional leadership team, you will act as a strategic partner to the Regional Commercial Leader, translating business priorities into clear marketing plans and ensuring strong execution across countries.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Commercial Growth
Translate regional business priorities into a clear and actionable marketing strategy
Partner closely with the Regional Commercial Leader and leadership team to drive growth initiatives
Support execution of regional priorities across countries and channels
Ensure disciplined delivery of marketing plans and commercial initiatives
Market Insights, Portfolio & Innovation
Lead market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer insight generation
Translate customer needs and market trends into product, portfolio, and innovation priorities
Drive portfolio optimization through a data-driven approach focused on growth, profitability, margin, and mix improvement
Support successful innovation launches and commercialization initiatives across the region
Ensure effective execution of channel and brand strategies across markets
Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness
Lead and develop a high-performing regional marketing organization
Drive talent development, capability building, and employee engagement
Promote digital transformation and adoption of new tools and ways of working
Manage the regional marketing budget and ensure effective return on investment
Foster strong collaboration across Marketing, Sales, Innovation, Commercial, and Digital teams
What You'll Bring
University degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, or a related field
Minimum 15 years of experience in marketing, sales, finance, or related commercial functions
Proven experience in a regional or multinational B2B environment
Strong commercial acumen, including experience with portfolio management, pricing, margin management, and growth strategy
Demonstrated leadership experience in developing and leading teams within a matrix organization
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into business actions
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
Fluent English; additional regional languages are an advantage
