Position Overview:
The Sales Manager will lead the industrial refrigeration and applied HVAC sales efforts, focusing on developing market share, managing a high-performing sales team, and driving sustainable growth. This individual will be responsible for establishing strategic relationships with key clients, increasing market penetration, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow Johnson Controls' industrial refrigeration and applied HVAC equipment market share
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, focusing on business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Foster a collaborative team environment that drives high performance and accountability.
- Market Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding into untapped markets and strengthening the existing customer base.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and potential challenges impacting the HVAC and refrigeration sectors.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to design sales strategies and promotional initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Customer Relationship Management:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in sales within industrial refrigeration, applied HVAC, or related fields.
- Proven track record in sales team leadership, market development, and achieving revenue growth in a competitive environment.
- Strong understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems, applications, and trends.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English

The initial basic salary for this position is in the range of 13 000 to 20 0000 PLN gross per month. In addition to base pay, this role participates in a sales incentive plan which can significantly increase your overall earnings. The final offer will reflect your experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role. We are committed to fair, equitable, and gender-neutral pay practices.
