As a Chief Data Office (CDO) Data Risk Management Associate supporting Corporate Finance (CF) and Treasury/Chief Investment Office (T/CIO), you will be part of a high-performing team of data risk management professionals and will help ensure CF and T/CIO comply with firmwide data risk governance expectations, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
Job Responsibilities
Assess the impact and facilitate implementation of data governance related regulations pertaining to Corporate Finance and Treasury/CIO data.
Analyze and oversee data risk associated metrics, metadata, tools, identify gaps and facilitate remediation, populate respective reporting.
Assist in development and maintenance of data governance frameworks and operating models for Corporate Finance and TCIO CDO Risk oversight function
Collaborate with CDO teams, business stakeholders, firmwide partners, and other Line Of Business and Corporate Functions to drive data risk governance projects and enhance existing technical capabilities for managing data risk within Corp Finance and Treasury/CIO space.
Uphold rigorous documentation, compliance, and quality control standards, regularly reviewing and recertifying process documentation.
Support Finance & T/CIO Chief Data Office (CDO) leadership team in preparing for various Data Risk Management Forums through the creation of BAU (Business as Usual) and Program related data risk management metrics.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
3+ years in Data Risk Management related field.
5+ years of corporate working experience in international and multi-cultural environment.
Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Visio, Word), AI tools.
Managing multiple priorities and thriving in a varied, fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; sound judgment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, drive consensus, and influence relationships at all levels.
Effective change management skills - ability to support & adapt within a changing environment.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Ability to support development of Operating Models, Processes and Job Aids which aim is to identify and mitigate data risk in alignment with CDO and firmwide expectations.
Experience with developing concise content in Confluence and/or other collaboration tools/training materials.
