As a Regulatory Reporting Associate in the Capital Monitoring and Regulatory Reporting team, you will create and submit high-quality regulatory reports and participate in projects that drive change. You will apply a robust control framework to ensure accuracy and compliance. You are the subject matter expert on Pillar 3 and AnaCredit, collaborating with external auditors to resolve findings and support continuous improvement. Your role empowers you to contribute to the team’s success and the firm’s reputation.
Job responsibilities
- Compile and deliver AnaCredit reports
- Manage Million Loans submissions
- Publish Pillar 3 disclosures
- Oversee Reg W reporting
- Coordinate Disclosure of Participation filings
- Handle Bankintsatz reporting
- Lead and support projects related to regulatory reporting topics
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Strong knowledge of German and European regulatory requirements, especially AnaCredit and Pillar 3
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Ability to critically review and challenge numbers
