What you will do: 1. You will be part of Data Center & Transportation business department to deliver business growth in Hong Kong and Macau markets with key responsibilities of selling HVAC/ ELV including ICT system solutions by collaborating with key account sales and pre-sale engineering teams to achieve required sales targets. 2. You will provide, design, install and maintain security systems that include HVAC/Chiller, intercom, access control, watchman tour, CCTV, PA, CABD, SMATV, structural cabling & optical fiber network, walkie talkie, carpark access system, AV, IP phone, nurse call, and PABX etc. 3. You will be responsible for managing sales and operational procedures throughout the end to end selling process, including understanding customer / project tender requirements, development of proposals, design & cost optimizations, as well as managing bidding process internally and externally. 4. You will establish and maintain effective customer relationship from HVAC/Chiller, Security & ELV technical perspective to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of the full product /system / service offering, and align to provide a solution. 5. You will ensure a positive customer experience during HVAC/Chiller, Security & ELV tendering process for Data Center and Transportation project works. 6. You will coordinate and monitor the project progress with different departments and contractors. 7. You will explore and develop new customer base with professionals such as architects, contractors, property developers, engineering consultants etc. What we look for: 1. Degree holder or above in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent be a plus. 2. Minimum 8 years of working experiences in building / construction industry with 3 to 5 years in HVAC/Chiller Security and ELV system experiences in roles of system selling, project executions, and/or pre-sale technical support and estimations, preferable with experiences of ICT systems ideally in data center and transportation projects. 3. Solid experience in managing HVAC/ Chiller, security or ELV projects. 4. Excellent negotiation and sales planning technique. 5. Good in project planning, communication and leadership skills and able to meet tight deadline. 6. Strong influencing and negotiation skills plus excellent interpersonal skill at all levels. 7. Native speaker of Cantonese with good command of both English and Mandarin.
