Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Specialist to join our high-performing marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, engaging prospects, and setting up meetings for our account executives. You'll play a critical role in driving growth by connecting potential clients with our SAP and IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Prospecting
Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage potential customers.
Follow up on inbound leads generated from marketing and sales campaigns.
Research target accounts and decision-makers to personalize outreach strategies.
Lead Qualification
Use frameworks like BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to qualify leads.
Ask discovery questions to understand customer pain points and business needs.
Identify the right stakeholders and decision-makers within target accounts.
Sales Engagement & Outreach
Schedule introductory meetings for account executives or field sales teams.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of RTS’s SAP and IT solutions.
Handle initial objections and provide basic product/service information.
Pipeline & CRM Management
Log all sales activities (calls, emails, meetings) in the CRM system.
Track lead progress and ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain an organized pipeline to hit key performance metrics.
Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams
Work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager to refine outreach strategies.
Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and messaging effectiveness.
Support sales campaigns, webinars, and events by driving attendance and interest.
Performance & Metrics
Achieve daily/weekly call and email targets.
Meet lead qualification and meeting-set quotas.
Continuously improve sales skills through coaching and training sessions.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1–3 years of inside sales or business development experience; experience in SaaS, IT services, or enterprise software sales is a plus.
Strong cold calling and prospecting skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
Understanding of SAP solutions or enterprise technology is a bonus.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced and evolving sales environment.
Must be located in or near Dallas, TX.
