Location: Allen, Texas (On-Site) Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent (36 hour per week)
IN A NUTSHELL
As an Inside Sales Specialist you’ll turn conversations into connections and leads into loyal customers. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth by building relationships, identifying client needs, and providing tailored solutions—all while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Known internally as a Lease Consultant, responsible for negotiating terms with warm leads obtained from various wireless carriers.
DAY-TO-DAY
· Call warm to hot leads, establishing a strong relationship with appropriate parties
· Identify correct contact(s) for leads when prospecting
· Negotiate leases and maximize terms with landlords
· Prepare sales proposals for client review
· Communicate details of negotiated lease with key stakeholders
· Update system with documentation of all communications with each party
· Managing lead pipeline from sourcing to closing
· Being a point of contact to prospective clients by engaging with them and delivering value for our tenant.
· Achieve personal target goals on a monthly and annual basis
DO YOU BRING?
· 1 year of negotiation sales experience with a structure commission-based sales environment.
· Background in Customer service, Call center, Car Sales, Business Development, as a Realtor and/or experience dealing with the clients is helpful, as there is training provided for the role.
· High School diploma, required
· Experience in the mortgage, insurance or real estate industry especially considered!
· Comfortable placing outbound calls.
· Intermediate computer skills with Salesforce (or similar CRM software), Outlook, Excel and Word are required.
· Demonstrable experience negotiating or persuading others to take action.
· Ability to prioritize and be self-motivated with minimal supervision.
