Inside Sales Specialist - temporary contract
This position can by hybrid, if the location is close to Kezmarok, or remote in Slovakia.
Purpose of Position
- Enabling the sales/territory manager to concentrate on winning business
- Owning assigned sales territory for inside sales tasks
- Responsibility for active lead generation and lead management in EMEA
- Responsibility for internal sales activities, including tele-sales and handling of direct small customers
- Responsibility for quotations across EMEA, including all related administrative tasks and processes
- Advocate customers voice in the organization
- Daily communication with customers (products are exported to the EU countries, Asia and North America) through phone or e-mail
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales and territory managers by working closely and effectively together
- Manage own account base and growth the business including funnel management
- Drive continuous improvement by actively highlighting areas of improvement and participation in relevant Kaizens
- Manage and drive active lead generation in EMEA through database management, telemarketing and other lead generation campaigns
- Own and manage the lead management process, including allocation and qualification of leads
- Drive achievement of internal sales target
- Own and manage the quotation process, including relevant approvals
- Liaise and collaborate heavily with sales, order management, and customers
- Ensure prompt response to customers
- Ensure customers and channel partners are enjoying excellent service and outstanding business experience
Relationships
- Reports to Inside Sales Manager North America/EMEA
- Interacts with customers and channel partners at all levels required
- Interacts with internal suppliers and customers including Sales, Internal Sales, Operations, Finance within Hengstler Group
Background and Skill
- Experience in either Sales or Inside Sales with own full responsibility of customer care
- Experience in managing existing business independently
- Experience in managing and negotiating pricing directly with customers
- Industrial and international environment as background highly beneficial
- German and English language required, other languages welcome

- Calculation of freight (related to quotes)
Salary
- 2100 EUR monthly/gross
- After probationary period entitlement to the monthly bonus up to 30%; average 20 - 23%
