Job Description

Talley, LLC is excited to announce our expansion into the Canadian market and we are actively seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative for our Edmonton Location, who is tenacious, creative, driven, and self-motivated to help us penetrate this new geography. This is a unique opportunity to introduce the Talley wireless brand and its compelling wireless solutions to customers across Canada.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be a key ambassador of the Talley LLC culture, responsible for building national and key account revenue throughout the Canadian territories. You will take ownership of developing and executing strategic field sales calls and call-out plans to service accounts, mine existing customers for referral business, and identify new business leads. Your efforts will directly contribute to establishing Talley as a trusted wireless partner in Canada.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage quote and order entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Conduct strategic field calls (5-10% of your time) to build strong relationships with key accounts and provide regional expertise.
  • Provide front-line queue support by promptly addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Monitor quote statuses and use follow-up dates to nurture leads and move sales forward.
  • Prioritize service accounts to maintain high customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Proactively reach out to new accounts and expand the client base through planned callouts.
  • Recommend inventory solutions to maximize sales with existing customers.
  • Maintain lead follow-up and manage mailing lists to support sales efforts.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the Wireless Industry is preferred.
  • 2+ years of Product Application experience.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently across phone, ERP systems, web browsers, and email.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams and Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
