Would you like to join an incredibly talented group of people, doing very challenging work, with the prime directive of “Keeping Our Heroes Connected”?
THE OPPORTUNITY
Silvus is seeking an entrepreneurial, strategic, and high-energy Inside Sales Manager to design, build, and scale our first-ever dedicated Inside Sales Department from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity for a builder. You will not just be managing a pipeline; you will be defining the playbooks, selecting the tech stack, structuring the sales support workflows, and hiring the foundational team that will drive new customer acquisition and customer success for our cutting-edge wireless technology. This role reports directly to our Vice President of Sales, North America.
If you are a technical sales leader who thrives on turning ambiguity into process and enjoys leading from the front, this role is for you. This role requires up to 10% travel for business reviews as needed.
This position is 100% onsite, Monday through Friday, at Silvus Technologies’ headquarters in the heart of vibrant West Los Angeles, CA.
The following is a list of at least some of the current essential job functions of the position. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities at any time at its discretion.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Department Architecture & Leadership

- Team Growth & Mentorship: Recruit, hire, onboard, and train a high-performing team of Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) and Sales Support Specialists.

Sales & New Customer Creation
- Pipeline Development: Drive outbound strategies targeting new accounts within our key verticals (Unmanned Systems, Defense, Law Enforcement, and Public Safety).
- Lead Qualification: Manage inbound inquiries and coordinate the capture of deep technical and programmatic requirements to ensure high-value opportunities are funneled cleanly to the regional field sales teams.
- Revenue Generation: Own and exceed inside sales revenue targets, focusing on smaller-to-mid-tier accounts, hardware accessory packages, and software capability expansions.
Sales Support & Lifecycle Coordination
- Deal Support: Oversee the creation of accurate technical quotes, proposal developments, RFI/RFP responses, and early-stage capture planning.
- CRM Governance: Own the accuracy of the team's CRM data to provide executive leadership with reliable, predictable forecasting and data-driven market insights.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the internal connective tissue between Inside Sales, Field Sales Directors, Product Engineering, and Manufacturing to resolve delivery or order constraints smoothly.
- Perform other related duties of which the above are representative.
