About The Job
As an Inside Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of high performing inside sales professionals to deliver excellent customer value and business growth by continuously improving processes and practices reflecting Alfa Laval’s strategic direction and culture.
What You Know
- Proficient in leading, motivating and developing a team of inside sales professionals.
- Intuitively seeking to understand relevant customer needs.
- Applying best practice processes and analytics to improve customer value and sales efficiency.
- Ensuring the fulfillment of sales targets within the department while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in English and at least one Scandinavian language (Norwegian, Danish or Swedish) is required.
Who You Are
- A proactive and results-driven leader with a track record of success in inside sales management.
- Genuinely customer orientated.
- Skilled in fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building strong relationships both internally and externally.
- Detail-oriented with a strategic and analytical mindset for optimizing processes and implementing digital solutions.
Location
This position is based in either Sandvika, Norway or Søborg, Denmark.
