This role starts with a 2-month structured Internship - Paid Program where:

  • You’ll receive hands-on training in sales, CRM tools, and communication techniques.
  • You’ll undergo periodic assessments to track your learning & performance.
  • Only those who successfully clear assessments will progress through the program.
  • Top performers at the end of 2 months will be offered full-time on-roll employment with Twin Health.

What You’ll Do

  • Call, email, and WhatsApp potential customers to introduce our offerings.
  • Build instant connections and understand customer needs.
  • Present solutions confidently and close sales where possible.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and updated.
  • Research and gather prospect data to fuel sales pipelines.
  • Resolve customer queries with patience and professionalism.

 Who We’re Looking For

  • Freshers / 0–2 years of experience (Sales / Customer-facing roles preferred).
  • Excellent communication in English & Hindi (mandatory); regional language is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a self-starter attitude.
  • Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Team player with a hunger to grow.
