Owns end-to-end supply planning across a warehouse network, including demand forecast reconciliation, replenishment, purchasing, inventory deployment, stocking levels, and S&OP coordination. Partners with Finance, Sales, and third-party fulfillment providers to improve forecast accuracy, inventory efficiency, and service levels. Maintains planning data integrity, monitors inventory and supplier risks, creates reports, and drives cross-functional process improvements.

Own post-onboarding partnership lifecycle as Single Point of Contact. Align cross-functional teams, define and monitor SOPs/SLAs, build partner dashboards, ensure contractual delivery and revenue obligations, and provide strategic updates to the Founder to drive partner retention and expansion.

Drive inbound/outbound sales by contacting prospects, answering product questions, qualifying needs, closing deals, updating CRM, processing orders, and handling customer complaints to grow revenue and preserve company reputation.

Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, and hospitals in Bangalore to drive referrals and enrollments. Coordinate on-ground and virtual engagement, run awareness initiatives, convert leads via counselling and follow-up, track pipeline in Google Sheets/MS Excel, and report performance to managers.

Edit short- and long-form performance and brand videos for Meta, YouTube, WhatsApp and regional markets. Color-correct, grade, and apply motion graphics and sound design. Use AI editing tools to create multiple ad variants, captioning, and repurpose content. Partner with creative, compliance, and growth teams, adapt for silent-first viewing and Indian language audiences, and iterate quickly on compliance and performance feedback.

The Inside Sales Executive will generate sales, maintain customer relationships, present products, and handle customer inquiries and orders.
