We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our Food & Pharma team as an Inside Sales Engineer.
As an Inside Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing customers with professional technical and commercial support in the selection of heat exchangers, pumps, valves, tank equipment, and installation materials.
Your responsibilities:
- Provide customers with technical and commercial support during the selection process, demonstrating how our products meet their requirements.
- Cooperate with customers and actively support the sales team.
- Create and manage quotations in the CRM system.
- Identify and acquire new customers and build long-term relationships with business partners.
- Provide support to Alfa Laval partners.
- Be responsible for product training for customers.
Requirements:
- Technical education (Chemistry, Engineering, Food Processing, or a related field).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in Turkish and English proficiency at B2+ level.
- Strong communication skills, high engagement, and the ability to work in a team.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Product presentation skills.
