What you will do:
- Analyze and understand market insights and the customers’ buying behavior and execute sales plans generated by business division with alignment with strategy and targets
- Primarily focus on internal customer engagement, with some external visits, ensuring a customer-centric approach through understanding needs and effectively communicating the value of our products and services.
- Develop complex and value quotes reflecting the customer needs emphasising the unique selling points and follow up
- Actively follow up of quotes to understand if the proposed value is understood and if it matches the customer’s needs
- Provide direct support to customers during the quotation process with advanced technical support (including sizing & selection
- Document all information retrieved from customer during interactions regarding competitors, forecast and all others to contribute to business development
What You Bring:
Education: A Degree or Diploma in Engineering (preferably Marine Engineering).
Agility & Drive: You are highly organised but highly adaptable, comfortable managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM and digital tools to manage your pipeline, forecast accurately, and make data-driven decisions.
