We are looking for an Inside Sales Engineer to join our Service Division and support the growth of Alfa Laval’s service business. In this role, you will combine technical expertise and customer focus to identify opportunities, provide solutions, and support customers throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with technical and commercial support during the selection process, ensuring Alfa Laval’s service solutions meet their requirements.
- Cooperate closely with customers and actively support the sales team.
- Prepare and manage quotations using CRM systems.
- Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
- Provide support and guidance to Alfa Laval partners.
- Understand customer needs and contribute to delivering value-driven service solutions.
Your Profile:
- Technical education (Chemistry, Engineering, Food Processing, or a related field).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (inside sales, technical support, customer support, or service-related position).
- Fluency in Polish and English proficiency at B2+ level.
- Strong communication skills, customer-oriented mindset, and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Good presentation and customer interaction skills.
