We are looking for a motivated and proactive Inside Sales Engineer to join our Ocean Division.

In this role, you will provide technical and commercial support to customers by helping them select the right marine solutions, including ballast water treatment systems, high-speed separators, and heat exchangers. Working closely with customers, the sales team, and service colleagues, you will play an important role in delivering excellent customer experience and supporting business growth.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and commercial support to customers during the product selection and quotation process.
  • Prepare and manage quotations using our CRM system.
  • Work closely with customers and support the external sales team in identifying the best technical solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
  • Contribute to delivering a high level of customer satisfaction through responsive and professional support.

What We're Looking For:

  • Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another relevant technical discipline.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in sales, purchasing, technical support, customer service, or another customer-facing technical role.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (CRM experience is an advantage).
  • A solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into customer-focused solutions.
  • Fluency in Turkish and a good command of English.
