About the Inside Sales Consultant – Revenue Growth (Demand Plus & SiteMinder Pay) role...
The Inside Sales Consultant will be part of the Revenue Growth team. We’re looking for someone who knows how to start a great conversation and turn it into real action. In this role, you'll be engaging with existing SiteMinder customers and getting them excited about two key features: Demand Plus and SiteMinder Pay.
This isn’t just a pitch-and-run role. You’ll uncover what hotels truly need, walk them through the value of these tools, and work with them (and sometimes their gatekeepers) to secure buy-in and drive adoption. Whether it’s boosting their visibility on Google Hotel Ads or simplifying payment processing, your goal is to demonstrate how these features can make a real impact and help get them confidently up and running.
What You’ll Do..
Own and manage a qualified pipeline of existing customers, driving upgrades to Demand Plus and SiteMinder Pay
Proactively reach out via phone, email to generate interest, overcome objections, and close sales
Understand each hotel’s goals and challenges, tailoring solutions that align with their strategy
Provide live demos, walkthroughs, or detailed explanations of each product’s function within a hotel’s tech stack
Ensure smooth onboarding and activation, supporting adoption
What We’re Looking For..
Experience in B2B or SaaS sales, ideally within tech, travel, or hospitality
Passion for hotel technology and solving real-world customer problems
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn features into business value
Proven ability to manage a high-volume outbound pipeline with quality engagement
Proactive, organised, target-driven, and growth-minded
Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce experience a bonus)
Full professional English fluency; additional languages are a plus
