Inside Sales Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company sales targets;
- Provide administrative support including order processing, documentation, and preparation of sales reports;
- Handle customer inquiries via email and phone (e.g., quotations, proforma invoices, delivery tracking, order cancellations);
- Manage customer Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor order status (order entry, payment collection, delivery coordination, sales and credit release);
- Assist the sales team with ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Form 6 or above educational background.
- Experience in sales support or sales operations preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Detail-oriented, able to work independently and under pressure.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
