Preferably, YOU have:

  • 1 to 3 years of prior customer service, front desk, or administrative experience.
  • Proficiency with basic office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets).
  • Comfort using multi-line phone systems, fax machines, and printers.
  • Ability to input customer data accurately into organization databases.
  • Ability to answer phones, greet visitors, and handle administrative requests simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills to maintain files and calendars.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional while working under pressure.
