This is a full time administration position supporting Inside Sales.

Inside Sales Administrative Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collects data to accurately prepare documents, reports and presentations to meet the needs of Inside Sales. Department. These can include, but are not limited to: Consignment Activities, Customer Specifications, Plant Attributes and Technology, and customer visit presentations.

• Compiles records and integrates data associated with manufacturing and sales activities, including but not limited to: HUBs, Contract Review, Customer Purchase Order Audit, and Hold reviews.

• Provides professional and administrative assistance with correspondence and communications.

• Coordinates functions such as scheduling and organizing customer meetings as well as participating in special projects as assigned.

• Coordinates office functions such as scheduling and organizing meetings, and participating in special projects as assigned.

• Participates and contributes to work groups / teams, coordinating, assisting with and or leading projects as requested.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

• Advanced computer skills with strong working knowledge with all Microsoft Office Suite programs

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to plan and prioritize responsibilities as well as interact professionally with all levels of employees and customers is preferred

Education and Experience:

Education:

• Associate Degree in Administrative or Business field preferred

• Two years administrative work experience preferably in a manufacturing setting is preferred

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of  Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
