Skillsoft Global Knowledge is op zoek naar een Account Manager voor het SMB-Team. Ben jij een gedreven, klantgerichte SMB Account Manager die onze groei wilt helpen versnellen, dan horen wij graag van jou.

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het laten groeien van een bestaande klantenportefeuille binnen het SMB Business-segment. Je combineert een hunter-mentaliteit met een consultative aanpak: je bent proactief in je outreach, maar altijd gericht op échte klantwaarde en lange-termijnrelaties.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Actief benaderen en uitbreiden van bestaande SMB-klanten
- Signaleren en creëren van nieuwe commerciële kansen binnen je accounts
- Dagelijks veel klantcontact via telefoon, e-mail en (virtuele) meetings
- Adviseren van IT- en business stakeholders op basis van hun leer- en ontwikkelbehoeften
- Realiseren van omzetgroei via herhaalorders, upsell en cross-sell
- Werken met duidelijke KPI’s op activiteit, pipeline en forecast
- Positioneren van onze training- en ontwikkeloplossingen als strategische investering
- Samenwerken met marketing en collega’s binnen het SMB-salesteam
Vaardigheden en Vereisten:
- Minimaal 2 jaar B2B-saleservaring, bij voorkeur binnen IT, training of SaaS
- Ervaring met zowel prospecteren als relatie- en accountmanagement
- Commercieel scherp, maar inhoudelijk sterk in klantgesprekken
- Gewend om te werken in een KPI-gedreven salesomgeving met targets, forecasts en CRM
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en overtuigingskracht
- Ervaring met verkoop aan IT- of L&D-stakeholders is een pré
- Vloeiend in het Nederlands en Engels
