This is the perfect opportunity if you’ve built strong customer service skills in a service-based industry and are ready to grow into sales and account management.

About the role - Mō te tūranga
In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized customers, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met. You’ll be hands-on with customer queries, identifying opportunities to add value, and supporting the wider sales team to deliver great outcomes. This role is about growing with us — we’ll provide the training and support to set you up for success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of customers
- Responding to customer queries and providing excellent service
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our services
- Keeping accurate customer records in Salesforce
- Working closely with sales and operations teams to deliver solutions

We’re looking for someone who’s driven, confident, and eager to learn.
Additionally, you’ll bring:
- Experience in a customer-facing or service-based role (e.g., retail, hospitality, call centre, logistics, admin support)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence with numbers and ability to learn systems quickly
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Enthusiasm to grow your career in sales and account management
