About The RoleOur team is growing at The RealReal, and we’re seeking experienced salespeople to help drive new consignment business. The Luxury Specialist (LS) - East drives new business by prospecting and closing leads within an assigned territory. If you’re customer-obsessed and self-motivated to “win” in a fully-remote, quota-driven sales environment, this could be the perfect fit!
EAST: Eligible work locations: AL, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NE, NH, NJ, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VA, WV
Please note: The schedule is Tuesday-Saturday 9-5.
What You Get To Do Everyday

Prospect new opportunities within assigned territory

Follow up and close leads generated by marketing team

Leverage strong consignor relationships to gain referrals for new consignors

What You Bring To The Role
MInimum Requirements

Minimum 2 years of proven success in a quota-carrying, direct sales environment

Ability to quickly build rapport with prospective clients and close

Proficiency and comfortability using software such as G-Suite, Email, SalesForce, CRM

Ability to commit to full-time hours (40 hours per week)

The expected hourly rate for this role is $26-$28. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
