THE ROLE
This role sits at the core of the employee experience, supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through to offboarding. Based on-site in our Tallinn office, you will ensure that People processes run smoothly, data is accurate, and employees receive timely support across a range of HR topics.
Working closely with the wider People team, you will help maintain efficient operations, support payroll and benefits processes, and contribute to ongoing improvements in how we support our teams. Your work directly impacts how employees experience Genius Sports day to day, ensuring consistency, reliability, and a high standard of support across the business.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience
- Act as a first point of contact for employee queries, managing requests through the ticketing system and resolving or escalating when needed
- Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and manage employment documentation with strong attention to detail
- Assist with benefits administration and payroll processes, ensuring data is accurate and submitted on time
- Support ongoing People team initiatives and projects
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, data quality, and overall employee experience
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Relevant education and/or previous experience in HR
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a supportive and employee-focused approach
- Proactive, organized, and able to take initiative in day-to-day work
- Open and adaptable to change, with a willingness to learn and grow
- Comfortable with technology, including HR systems (e.g. Workday) and learning new tools
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
The monthly salary for this full-time role ranges from €1800 to €2000 gross. This role will also be eligible to take part in Genius Sports Group's benefits plan.
